(In my best flight attendant voice) Hi everyone! My name is Alyssa and I'll be your baker for the evening!
I started off looking for a hobby and baking for friends. It seemed like everywhere I went there was someone gluten free in the group.
Nothing broke my heart more than someone saying, "Oh, there's gluten? I can't have it..."
I even had one friend say, "It's okay, don't worry about me. I cant have most things where I go..."... You know what? It wasn't okay! Baking and desserts are supposed to include everyone. All it was going to take was a little effort.
So I started making everything gluten free. I wanted everyone I met to know they were thought about; that someone cared. I wanted everyone to feel seen and accepted- because they're worth it ❤️
I ended up falling in love with baking... and well.. (with lots of support from my community).. here we are

First let me say, I do not have grandchildren 🤣
Growing up, I was always called "Little Grandma" for being so much like my grandma, Sherry ❤️ Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better compliment.
Combine that with my very "grandma like" personality and the name just seemed to be perfect for me.
Now, someone hand me a big sweater and a butterscotch candy, please!
The Women Who Shaped Me
I value my family not because I’m “supposed to,” but because of their incredible resilience and strength—especially the women who shaped me.
My Grandmother, Sherry – the woman I named my business after. She shaped the generations that followed her, stood up for herself, and loved her grandchildren loudly. She taught me to appreciate what I have, but never settle for less than I deserve.
My Mom, Jeannie – the woman who loved me fiercely, grew alongside me, and gave everything she had. She would fight a dragon for the people she loves. Thank you for teaching me to chase my dreams.
My Sister, Ashton – my best friend and constant supporter. My life would not be complete without this strong, smart, beautiful woman. Thank you for showing me what unconditional love looks like.
